Ramipani Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Ramipani. Before you get started on your learning journey with us, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using any part of the Ramipani online education platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, you really shouldn’t use our services—no hard feelings.

These terms apply to everyone who interacts with Ramipani, whether you’re browsing free resources, signing up for a subscription, or just poking around out of curiosity. We mean everyone: students, educators, casual visitors, and anyone else who finds themselves on our site. If you keep using Ramipani, it’s understood you’ve accepted these terms as they are.

There’s something almost comforting about clarity, isn’t there? We want you to know exactly what's expected from you and what you can expect from us. So, take a moment to read this—yes, even the fine print. If anything seems confusing, you might want to review it again or seek advice, just to be sure.

Ramipani reserves the right to ask users to confirm their agreement to these terms at any point. Sometimes, when we change things up or add new features, we’ll prompt you to check in and confirm you’re still on board with how things work. Your continued use after these prompts is also considered acceptance.

External Website Links

Sometimes, while you're learning with Ramipani, you might come across links that lead you away from our platform. Maybe it’s an article, a video, or a tool a course recommends. Just so you know, these links may take you to websites that aren’t run by Ramipani. We include them because we think they might help or be interesting, but we don’t have any say over what’s on those sites.

When you click away from Ramipani, you’re subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party sites. We’d suggest that you check those policies—some sites handle your data differently, and their rules might not match ours. Honestly, I’ve stumbled onto some surprising terms myself on other platforms, so it’s worth a peek.

Ramipani is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of external sites. If you interact with or make decisions based on these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. It’s kind of like walking into someone else’s classroom—you’re not on your home turf anymore.

We don’t endorse, approve, or guarantee anything on those linked sites, and we aren’t responsible for any losses or issues that might crop up if you use them. If you have a problem with a third-party site, you’ll need to sort it out with them directly.

Liability Limitations

Ramipani provides its online education platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This means we don’t make promises or guarantees about how the platform will work for you, what results you’ll get, or that it will always be accessible without interruption. Sometimes, things break or go offline—technology can be a little unpredictable, as I’m sure you’ve seen before.

To be extra clear, Ramipani does not offer any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use Ramipani at your own risk, and while we strive to keep everything running smoothly, we can’t promise perfection.

Ramipani, its affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that may result from your use of the platform. This could include lost profits, data loss, personal injury, business interruption, or any other damages—even if we knew something could go wrong. I know legal language can sound cold, but it’s there to set clear boundaries.

If, despite everything, Ramipani is found liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, our total liability will never exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. That’s the limit—no matter what. You agree to this cap by using Ramipani.

Restricted Activities

To keep Ramipani a safe and productive place for everyone, there are some activities that just aren’t allowed on our platform. Some rules might seem obvious, but we’ve all seen situations where things go sideways when expectations aren’t clear. Here’s a rundown of what you can’t do:

  • You may not share your Ramipani account—or your subscription access—with others. Accounts are personal. If you give your login to a friend or coworker, it undermines both your experience and the integrity of our courses. Sharing also puts your own information at risk.
  • Redistributing, copying, or publicly displaying Ramipani course materials or content without our written permission is strictly off-limits. This includes posting course videos or documents elsewhere, whether online or offline. Respect intellectual property—ours and everyone else’s.
  • Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to access the underlying code or structure of the Ramipani platform is prohibited. Tampering with the platform can disrupt learning for others and could land you in legal trouble.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to mine data, scrape content, or overload our systems is not allowed. These activities hurt the platform for everyone and can result in permanent bans.
  • Any action that could damage, disable, or overburden Ramipani or interfere with other users’ access isn’t permitted. This includes introducing viruses, launching attacks, or otherwise trying to mess with the system’s integrity.

If we suspect that you’re engaging in any of these restricted activities, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund. We take these things seriously to protect both our users and our service.

You’re responsible for all actions taken under your account, so even if someone else uses your login, you’ll be held accountable. It’s always best to keep your credentials private and secure.

Intellectual Property Rights

All of the courses, materials, logos, graphics, and software found on Ramipani belong to Ramipani or our content partners. We’ve put a lot of heart—and a lot of hours—into building these resources, and we ask that you respect that work just as you’d want others to respect yours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Printing a worksheet for your own study session? That’s fine. Uploading a course video to a public forum? Absolutely not.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any content from Ramipani without our express written consent. In my experience, asking for permission first clears up a lot of headaches.

Any unauthorized use of Ramipani’s intellectual property may result in legal action, and we reserve every right to protect our work. Please respect copyright laws, or you may risk losing your access to our platform.

Cancellations and Refunds

We get it—sometimes a course isn’t what you expected, or life throws a curveball and you need to cancel. Ramipani offers refunds for course fees or subscription payments under certain conditions, but there are some rules you should know about before you request one.

If you cancel your subscription within the first fourteen days after signing up and haven’t accessed more than 20% of a course, you may be eligible for a full refund. Just remember, we may charge a small processing fee to cover transaction costs—these add up, even on our end.

Refund requests made after the fourteen-day window, or after significant course usage, will generally not be granted. Exceptions can be made in cases of proven technical issues or duplicate payments, but these are rare and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If you paid through a third-party app or payment service, the refund process may take a bit longer—we’re not trying to stall; sometimes it’s just out of our hands.

Cookie Usage

Ramipani uses cookies and similar technologies to make your learning experience smoother and to help us understand how our platform is used. Cookies can remember your login, help us recommend courses, or just keep things running efficiently.

By using Ramipani, you consent to our use of cookies for analytics, personalization, and security purposes. You can usually manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, although disabling cookies may affect how well the platform works for you.

For more details about the types of cookies we use and how your data is handled, please refer to our separate Cookie Policy. We want you to know what’s happening behind the scenes—no secrets here.

If you have concerns about cookies, we encourage you to review the Cookie Policy periodically. Things change as we improve our service and add new features.

General Disclaimer

Ramipani’s educational content is provided “as is”, without any warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. We work hard to ensure our courses are helpful and up-to-date, but mistakes can happen—sometimes things get outdated or a typo slips through.

We don’t guarantee specific learning outcomes or job opportunities as a result of using Ramipani. Learning is personal, and results depend on your own effort and circumstances. If you act on information from our courses and things don’t work out as planned, we can’t be held liable.

While we strive to provide reliable educational resources, Ramipani isn’t responsible for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from the use—or misuse—of the information provided on our platform. If you’re making important decisions, we urge you to double-check facts with additional sources or professionals.

Your use of Ramipani means you accept all risks associated with relying on our content. If you’re ever unsure about something you learn here, it’s always a good idea to look for a second opinion or dig a little deeper.

Terms Updates

Ramipani may update these Terms of Service at any time—we’re constantly evolving to provide better services, and sometimes that means updating our rules. When we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by posting an updated version on the platform or by providing a prominent notice within your account dashboard.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically, especially if you notice a notification about changes. Your continued use of Ramipani after any changes have been posted will mean you accept and agree to the updated terms. If you disagree with any updates, your best option is to stop using the platform.

Significant changes might include updates to our refund policy, how your data is handled, or new user obligations. For minor edits—like fixing a typo or clarifying a point—we might not send out a special notice, but the newest version will always be available on our platform.

We know this can feel like a lot, but staying informed helps keep everything fair for all users. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply—no need to worry about the whole agreement crumbling over a single issue.
